These Terms govern your access to and use of aidriversed.com and the products, content, and services made available through it by Order Commander, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as AI Driver's Ed.
1. Who can use the Services
The Services are intended for adults age 18 and older. When you use Service content with a minor in your household, you do so as the parent or guardian and are responsible for that interaction.
2. What the Services are and are not
AI Driver's Ed is educational content designed to help families navigate generative AI tools. The Services are not legal, medical, mental-health, financial, or school-policy advice and are not a complete or final guide to AI safety.
3. How we use AI in our content
Some content on the Site and in our communications is created with the assistance of AI tools and reviewed by a human before publication or delivery.
4. Your account and information
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping any account credentials secure.
5. Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds
One-time purchases authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your selected payment method for the price stated at checkout plus applicable taxes.
Subscriptions authorize recurring charges at the stated price and interval until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.
AI Driver's Ed is delivered as a digital product. If you have trouble accessing your purchase, believe you were charged in error, or need help with your order, email support@aidriversed.com and we will review it promptly.
6. Intellectual property
All Site and paid-product content is owned by Order Commander, LLC or our licensors. You may use paid content for personal, non-commercial household use. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly post, sublicense, train models on, or operate a competing product using our content.
7. Prohibited uses
You agree not to violate law, harm or exploit any person, gain unauthorized access, disrupt the Services, scrape beyond permitted access, reverse-engineer code, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI changes quickly, and content may become out of date.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORDER COMMANDER, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR $100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Order Commander, LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors from claims arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Colorado law. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Larimer County, Colorado, unless resolved informally by contacting support@aidriversed.com.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
